The single and bunk beds are made in epoxy-dust painted moulded tubular steel and are available in a variety of colours.
The bed base is made in electro-welded box tubular steel with reinforced bar with high resistance 44 spring metal links and bayonet-hooking device.
Headboard and footboards of the bunk bed are made in a single block to guarantee optimal security and reduce the risk of the top bunk coming undone.
The bunk bed has a ladder that can be hooked to the structure through a special joint device with integrated fall-proof side.
The foam polyurethane mattresses are covered in pure cotton fabric, diamond-dashed throughout with reinforced thread and side air intake,
with carded white wool padding for the winter side and white cotton for the summer side. Inside is a 16cm, high density, high elasticity foam polyurethane sheet.
The spring mattresses are covered in pure cotton fabric with diamond-dash throughout with reinforced thread and side air intake.
The padding is a mix of air-conditioned cotton and capped cloth. Inside is a Bonnel spring system (with 131 springs/m2) in 2mm phosphatised steel thread and side
support in foam polyurethane and insulation in threaded felt.
